4. User Responsibilities and Eligibility

4.1 Account Registration

To list a property or save searches, you may need to create an account. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts in India. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Prohibited User Conduct and Listing Rules
